Many people in Italy is surprised when I speak of the goodness' of Egyptian pastries. Not just the typical ones that I love and that sometimes are too gentle and can not appeal. Speaking of this cake I felt very good answer: "Come on! Even in Egypt made the birthday cakes!! And Chocolate!" ..
